With winter half over many people are starting to feel a little down. Winter months see us eating less greens, staying indoors, breathing stale air….which all contribute to the winter blues.
Time to recharge with a light cleanse. For 2 weeks add cilantro (coriander) and parsley to 2 meals a day.
Cilantro will bind to heavy metals and remove them from your body. Parsley cleanses the blood, removes toxins and freshens breath.
