On a recent walk the mood stuck me to move through a meditation flow as my children explored.  I did not set out to meditate or do yoga it was a happy accident Smile
Standing on this bridge I felt so at peace that my body decided to move with the breath,  The asana may not have been perfect, the ground was uneven, I left on my shoes to avoid splinters, the kids were running calling to me and each other… ah but the feeling was OMazing! 
If the mood strikes; stop and listen to your heart.  Whether it be a 1 minute breath or a 30 minute flow.  Let your mind and body go and just live in the moment!
